Simple, transparent pricing for UK trades
AllCalls pricing for UK trades: how the monthly plans work, what counts towards your call allowance, and what happens if you go over it.
This page explains how AllCalls charges: what a plan includes, what counts towards your monthly allowance, what happens if you go over it, and how changing plans or cancelling works.
How pricing works
You pay a monthly subscription. Each plan includes a set number of calls per month, plus a fair-use cap on total minutes so one very long call doesn't eat your whole allowance in one go. You can pay monthly or annually.
The plans
Plans differ on four things: how many calls are included each month, the fair-use cap on total minutes, how many calls can be answered at the same time, and the rate for calls beyond your allowance if you choose to pay for them. Everything else is the same whichever plan you're on.

All plans include: call recording and transcripts (where enabled), push, SMS and email notifications, your own FAQ and call-handling rules, a call log with search, and the option to switch between monthly and annual billing at renewal.
What counts towards your allowance
Calls the assistant actually handles, or takes a message on, count towards your plan. Calls under 10 seconds, silent calls, and calls we detect as robocalls or spam are logged for your reference but aren't billed and don't use up your allowance.
What happens if you go over your allowance
You choose in advance what happens once you've used up your included calls or minutes for the month. It never just stops answering or silently drops calls: instead, you pick one of these for your account:
- Pay as you go for extra calls. Calls beyond your allowance are billed at a per-call rate on top of your plan.
- Forward to your own number. Once you're over, calls start ringing your own phone directly instead of coming to us.
- Message-only mode. AllCalls keeps answering, but switches to taking a name, number and message rather than a full conversation, until your allowance renews.
You'll get an alert (push and email) at 80% of your allowance and again at 100%, so there are no surprises either way.
Upgrading, downgrading and cancelling
You can change plans at any time. If you move up or down partway through a billing period, we work out the difference so you're only charged for what you use. Invoices and receipts are available through your account at any time. Numbers have a 30-day grace period after cancellation before they're released.
Who this fits
Sole traders and small teams whose phone rings while their hands are full. Plumbers and electricians working alone, or with one other pair of hands, usually need a modest number of calls a month and rarely have two people ringing at the same moment. Busier outfits, and trades like roofers who field a lot of large, time-sensitive enquiries, need a bigger allowance and more than one call handled at once.
Three questions decide which plan is right for you: roughly how many calls a month you want the assistant to pick up, how long those calls tend to run, and whether two or three can land together on a bad morning. If you're not sure, start on a smaller plan. Your usage dashboard shows where you are against your allowance, and moving up partway through a month is worked out pro rata, so a plan that turns out to be too small is a change rather than a problem.
